Hot Stone Therapy – at Harmony Spa at Radisson Blu Resort. Warm Stones are massaged into your muscles using exotic oils to melt away muscle tension and stiffness. Stones are placed strategically along pressure points, followed by therapeutic massage. Great anytime but especially perfect for deep relaxation of the muscles from stiffness and soreness.

Conveniently located at Radisson Blu Resort – an easy walk or Bula Bus ride from any Resort on the Island, and nestled behind the cascading waterfall is Harmony Retreat Day Spa. This little Island oasis has a long pedigree on Denarau. Opening at the same time as Radisson Blu Resort in 2007 it received a 100% makeover in July 2025; that means it’s coming up on twenty years of operation!

The spa boasts a total of 7 solo rooms and 2 couple rooms. For your privacy, all rooms are fully enclosed with air conditioning.

The Spa’s extra special but simple trick? It uses exclusively Fijian Made – Award Wining – Pure Fiji body and skin-care products. Pure Fiji’s blend of ancient powerful plant actives and exotic seed oils are combined with the calming soothing hands of committed therapists, to provide the most relaxing and divine massages, rejuvenating facials and luxurious body scrubs and wraps.
